  • 1 cup besan

  • 1/2 cup rice

  • flour

  • 1/4 cup bajra flour

  • salt to taste

  • oil for cooking

  • 2 sp green

  • chili

  • garlic, ginger paste

  • 1/2 sp turmeric

  • 1 sp red chili powder

  • 1sp dhanajiru powder

  • 1sp sugar

  • 1sp garam masala powder

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander

  • 1/2 cup finely chopped

  • spinach

How to make [HEALTHY] CHILLA Recipe?

  1. combine all the ingredients in a bowl add water to get smooth and dropping consistency batter.
  2. Now cover the batter for 30 minutes.
  3. heat a nonstick tava on a high flame.
  4. then turn the flame to medium add little oil and spread it evenly.
  5. pour a spoonful of batter and rotate the pan clockwise to spread the batter evenly in the pan.
  6. cook for 4 to 5 minutes on a medium flame cook the other side tillit turns brown in color and crispy.
  7. serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
