1 cup besan
1/2 cup rice
flour
1/4 cup bajra flour
salt to taste
oil for cooking
2 sp green
chili
garlic, ginger paste
1/2 sp turmeric
1 sp red chili powder
1sp dhanajiru powder
1sp sugar
1sp garam masala powder
1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
1/2 cup finely chopped
spinach
How to make [HEALTHY] CHILLA Recipe?
- combine all the ingredients in a bowl add water to get smooth and dropping consistency batter.
- Now cover the batter for 30 minutes.
- heat a nonstick tava on a high flame.
- then turn the flame to medium add little oil and spread it evenly.
- pour a spoonful of batter and rotate the pan clockwise to spread the batter evenly in the pan.
- cook for 4 to 5 minutes on a medium flame cook the other side tillit turns brown in color and crispy.
- serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce.
