Ingredients For Healthy Baked Samosa π Recipe
Dough :- 1 cup wheat flour 2 tbsp semolina (sujSalt as per taste Water as required
Stuffing :- 1/4 tea spoon cumin seeds Pinch asafoetida 1/4 tea spoon fennel seeds 1/4 tea spoon corrainder seeds
1 chopped green chill 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon aamchur(dry mangpowder 2 teaspoon red chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon black salt
1 packets Maggi Masala-a-Magic 1 cup soya granual 3/4 cup greated panner
1/2 Cup Boiled Peas 1 tbsp Chopped corrainder leaves 1 tsp oil
2 tbsp Green chutney 2 tbsp Date and tamarind chutney
How to make Healthy Baked Samosa π Recipe?
- Take a bowl and put wheat flour, semolina, salt to it. mix it well.now add required water and make a dough. keep 10 minutes to rest it.
- Firstly soak soya granual in warm water for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and squeeze it properly.
- Now take a pan add little oil and add cumin seeds, asafoetida , fennel seeds, and coriander seeds and crackle it. Now add green chilli and other dry masala. Mix it well.
- Now add soya granual , peas and greated paneer and mix well and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes..now at the end add chopped coriander leaves. stuffing is ready.
- Now take a ball of dough and roll like a chapati.now cut in middel and fill stuffing in it. Now give shape like a samosa and bake it 180β . For 15- 20 min. Healthy baked Samosa is ready .
- Serve Samosa with green chutney, some date ,tamarind chutney.
- Healthy Baked samosa is ready to serve. π
