Any Vanilla or Cardamom or postachio flavoured Cake Sponge (veg and non veg works)
10-12 Gulab Jamuns
Sliced Almonds, Pistachios and Raisins
Dried Rose Petals for Garnishing
Whipped Cream
Vanilla or Cardamom or postachio essense
Milk to soak
How to make GULAB JAMUN-INDIAN FUSION CAKE Recipe?
- Slice the cake into 2-3 layes
- Soak a layer with milk mix (milk and almond essense and sugar mixed)
- Add a thin layer of postachio or cardamom or almond flavored whipped cream
- Layer with chopped nuts, gulab jamun slices
- And a nice and thick layer of whipped cream
- Add another layer and repeat the same
- Coat the entire cake with whipped cream
- Using your piping skills, decorate the cake as per your choice
- Add reasonable amount of gulab jamuns on top layer
- Garnish with chopped nuts and dried rose petals
