Ingredients For Gujarat's famous Farsi Puri Recipe
Maida -500 gm
Ghee+oil - 100 ml
Salt as per taste
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Cumin - 1tsp
Water as required
How to make Gujarat's famous Farsi Puri Recipe?
- First crush black pepper and cumin
- Take maida flour and add salt
- Now add ghee and oil mix and combine the dough
- Now add black pepper and cumin crush into flour
- First check if the flour holds the shape . If it does not than add little oil or ghee
- Now add water little by little and mix the dough properly till it becomes tight and hard dough
- Dough should not be soft it should be hard
- Now rest the dough for 10 minutes
- Take the dough and make small portions to make puris
- Roll the puris and make cuts with fork or knife
- Now heat oil
- Now fry puris on low flame so that it does now become brown instantly .
- Fry them till it golden brown and serve
