Ingredients For Gujarat's famous Farsi Puri Recipe

  • Maida -500 gm

  • Ghee+oil - 100 ml

  • Salt as per taste

  • Black pepper- 1 tsp

  • Cumin - 1tsp

  • Water as required

How to make Gujarat's famous Farsi Puri Recipe?

  1. First crush black pepper and cumin
  2. Take maida flour and add salt
  3. Now add ghee and oil mix and combine the dough
  4. Now add black pepper and cumin crush into flour
  5. First check if the flour holds the shape . If it does not than add little oil or ghee
  6. Now add water little by little and mix the dough properly till it becomes tight and hard dough
  7. Dough should not be soft it should be hard
  8. Now rest the dough for 10 minutes
  9. Take the dough and make small portions to make puris
  10. Roll the puris and make cuts with fork or knife
  11. Now heat oil
  12. Now fry puris on low flame so that it does now become brown instantly .
  13. Fry them till it golden brown and serve
