Ingredients For Gimbap/Kimbap Recipe

  • Seaweed sheet

  • Sesame oil

  • Vegetables(salad, cucumber, bokchoy, carrot, reddish)

  • Paneer(tofu)

  • Rice

  • Sesame seed

  • Soy sauce

How to make Gimbap/Kimbap Recipe?

  1. Cook some plain rice.(make it lil bit sticky)
  2. Chop all the veggies and paneer(tofand pan-fry them with sesame oil one by one.
  3. Take a seaweed sheet and cover it with sesame oil.
  4. Spread rice on the sheet.
  5. Spread veggies and paneer (tofon one side of the rice.
  6. Roll it all together and make it a cylindrical shape.
  7. Put some more oil and cut it into equal halves in a circle.
  8. Final touch with some sesame seed on it.
  9. To make the dipping sauce, mix soy sauce with sesame oil.
  10. Ready to serve.
