Ingredients For Ghevar with custard rabri Recipe

  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 4-5 ice cubes

  • 150g all-purpose flour / maida

  • 1 tbsp milk, cold

  • 1 cup water, or more if needed

  • For rabri :

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 tsp custard powder

  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar

  • Dry nuts for garnish

How to make Ghevar with custard rabri Recipe?

  1. take a large wide bowl and add solidified ghee in it. Take one ice cube at a time and rub the ghee. Take more ice cubes as required till the ghee becomes very white in colour.
  2. Then remove ice cubes and add flour , water and mix it and make smooth batter
  3. Fill half container of ghee or oil. heat it , and pour batter in center little by little continue this process 10-12 times.
  4. Fry till brown color and take out from to ghee or oil.
  5. Rabri : In a pad add milk , milk comes to boil add sugar, deluted custard powder and simmer for 3-4 minutes the switch off flame.
  6. Now serve the ghevar with rabri and garnish with dry nuts
