  • 150gm, maida, 90gm grind sugar, 3tablespoon milk powder

  • 1tablespoon baking powder,half table spoon baking soda

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2cup milk,

  1. Take half cup milk, and mix vinegar keep for 10minites
  2. To prepare chocolate ganash, heat pan
  3. Put fresh cream, mix white chocolate and melt
  4. Put guava paste and mix, this complete ganash
  5. Put vinegar mixed milk in bowl, beat with electric bittet for one minite, put one spoon vanilla essence
  6. Put grounded sugar, mix with bitter,
  7. In a mixing bowl take maida, milk powder, baking powder baking soda and salt, mix wellwith spatula
  8. Put sugar mixed buttermilk, put some milk and beat itwell,
  9. Put guava pieces covered with maida mix with spatula
  10. Oil cake tin, put mixture in it
  11. Preheat oven to 180degree, put tin after tapping into oven
  12. Bake for 180degree, for 25-30minite
  13. Beat whipped chilled cream for 15min
  14. Remove cake from oven cool it
  15. Take upper slice of cake, and cut remaining cake into two equal parts
  16. Put sugar syrup on one part, put whipped cream, put two teaspoon chocolate ganash, put pieces of guava, now place other half of cake, put four table spoon sugar syrup, apply whipped cream, put chocolate ganash
  17. Apply whipped cream on it and from all sides
  18. Put cake into fridge for 15 minutes
  19. Take one bowl take whipped cream put red colour, mix it
  20. Take another bowl whipped cream put green color
  21. Take crumled cake slice and divide in two parts
  22. Put chocolate ganash and whipped cream, put yellow color, and green color
  23. Takout cake, put green colored cream from sides
  24. Put remaining cream with leaves nozzle cone, do lower bordering of cake
  25. Take crumbled yellow, greencolored cake mixer, and press them till plain thin and cut shapes of parrot out of green star out of yellow
  26. Put parrots from side, and star on upper side, also put red colored drops from cone,
  27. Put silver balls at base and above along with golden balls forgarnish
