6 tbsp gulab jamun mix
6 tbsp wheat flour
1/4 TSP baking powder
1/8 TSP baking soda
2 tbsp cooking oil
3/4 cup milk
4 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
6 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp chopped nuts
How to make Eggless gulab jamun mix and nuts cake with cream cheese frosting Recipe?
- In a mixing bowl, add gulab jamun mix, wheat flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Gently mix it.
- Now add milk and cooking oil, gently whisk it until the mixture is combined well
- Then pour the batter in a greased six inch round pan
- Bake it for 180 degree celcius in a preheated oven for 20 - 30 mins
- For frosting cream together cream cheese and sugar with help of whisk
- Allow the cake to cool. And when it's comes to room temperature,apply cream cheese over with with help of spatula.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over the cake. Slice and enjoy.
