Cashew nuts - 2 TBSP
cuddpah almond - 2 TBSP
Yellow resins - 2 TBSP
Black resins - 2 TBSP

Mawa ( khoya ) - 1/2 cup ( 125 gm )
Milk powder - 2 TBSP
Cardamom powder - 1 TSP
Nutmeg powder - 1/2 TSP
Refined cooking oil - 2 TBSP
Vanilla essence - 1/2 TSP
Rasmalai essence - 1/2 TSP
Condensed milk - 2 TBSP
Ready made vanilla cake premix - 2 cups ( 300 gm )
Milk - 1/2 cup ( 125 ml )
Yellow jel Colour - 4 to 5 drops
Water - 3/4 cup

How to make Eggless dry fruit mawa cake without oven Recipe?
- Take a bowl for making cake batter.
- Add 1/2 cup ( 125 gm ) mawa ( khoya ) in bowl .
- Add 2 TBSP milk powder.
- Add 1 TSP cardamom powder & 1/2 TSP nutmeg powder in bowl.
- Add 2 TBSP refined cooking oil.
- Add 1/2 TSP vanilla & 1/2 TSP rasmalai essence.
- Add 2 TBSP condensed milk.
- Add all dryfruits.
- Mix all ingredients together by cut & fold method .
- Add 2 cups ( 300 gm ) ready made vanilla cake premix.
- Mix all ingredients together by cut & fold method.
- Add 1/2 cup ( 125 ml ) milk .
- Mix all ingredients together by cut & fold method.
- Add 4 to 5 drops of yellow jel Colour.
- Add 3/4 cup water.
- Mix all ingredients together by cut & fold method.
- Transfer this cake batter in greased cake tin.
- After adding cake batter in cake tin garnish the top of cake with more dry fruits.
- Turn on gas on low flame & place a kadai on gas.
- Place a stand in kadai.
- Place a cake tin over a stand.
- Bake this cake in kadai for 80 to 90 minutes on low flame.
- Cake is perfectly baked after 90 minutes.
- After 90 minutes remove this cake from kadai
- Cool this cake at room temperature for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours remove the cake from cake tin.
- Cake is ready to eat.
- Enjoy this cake with your lovely kids.
