Ingredients For Dum biryani Recipe

  • 1 cup soyabean (small, big)

  • 2 cup long rice

  • 2 tsp red Chilli powder

  • 1 tsp haldi powder

  • 1 tsp haldi powder

  • 2 tsp garam masala

  • 2 tsp coriander powder

  • as per taste Salt

  • 2/3 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 4 tsp mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup dahi

  • 4 tsp kasuri methi

  • 8/9 tsp oil

  • as required Garam masala (whole)

  • 2 cup water

  • 2 tsp jeera

  • 1 tsp yellow colour

  • 1 tsp red colour

How to make Dum biryani Recipe?

  1. Take soyabean an soke for 5 minutes an then boil it let it cool down an remove water from soyabean
  2. Take kadi put oil., ginger garlic paste an keep till it truns red
  3. Put soyabean Add an garam masala, red Chilli powder, haldi powder, salt, mint leaves, coriander powder
  4. Add dahi, kasuri methi An mix well an keep on low flame till water gets dry
  5. And your soyabean sabji is ready
  6. Take kadai put oil,water, garam masala (whole), rice an make rice
  7. Take big patila put soyabean sabji at bottom an on it put rice
  8. An make layer of soyabean sabji n rice
  9. Take kadia put some oil n jeera an keep for 2 minutes an put
  10. On top of rice put some colours which you like an put jeera on it
  11. And keep patila on low flame for 10/15 minutes keep lid an some heavy vessel on it
  12. And after 15 minutes mix well
  13. An your yummy n tasty soyabean Dum Biryani is ready to serve
