Ingredients For Dry fruits ladoo Recipe

  • 1/4 cup ------- kaju

  • 1/4 cup -------- badam

  • 1/4 cup ------- walnuts

  • 7 to 10 ------- dates

  • 6 to 8 ------- dried anjeer

How to make Dry fruits ladoo Recipe?

  1. On a medium heat dry roast badam and kaju until it slightly aromatic.Add walnuts and fry for another 2 mins.Turn off the stove.
  2. Remove to a plate to cool. Add dates and anjeer to the hot pan and just stir them until slightly hot.
  3. When all of them cool down. Add dates, anjeer to a blender along with pistachios. Blend them to a slightly coarse mixture is just fine. Please use steel or glass blender jars.
  4. Remove to a plate and add the kaju and badam. If your blender dosent have sharp blades then it is good to chop and add them.
  5. Remove the entire blended mixture to a plate.
  6. Divide the mixture to 12 portion and roll to balls. Do not roll them too tight as the ladoo will turn hard. Gentely shape them.
  7. For garnishing - roll them in fine chopped pista.
  8. Store dry fruit ladoo in airtight jar.
