Ingredients For debnath Soma Recipe

  • For Toppings 2 tomatoes(cubed), 2 capsicum(cube, 1 onion(cube, paneer 200gm(cube,pizza sauce, red tomato sauce , 2teaspoon ginger garlic paste , 1 teaspoon black pepper powder,2 teaspoon mustard oil , salt to taste , cheese 250gm taste

  • For Pizza Base 400 gm Flour , 1 1/2 cup yoghurt, 2 teaspoon suger and salt , 2 tablespoon oil salt

How to make debnath Soma Recipe?

  1. Add yoghurt oil suger salt in flour and knead a soft n smooth dough ..add lukewarm water if needed . Cover it with wet cloth and rest for 2 hrs.oil ,mix gently and keep aside for 30 min .
  2. Mix all veggies (paneer, capsicum and onioexcluding tomatoes add ginger garlic paste suger,salt peeper powder and oil ,mix gently and keep aside for 30 min Tossed all these veggies in a high heated pan for 20 sec
  3. Make 4 dough ..sprinkle some flour on it and roll it to a medium thickness ..poke the rolled dough with a fork. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoon pizza sauce .1 teaspoon red tomato sauce . Sprinkle some crushed chess .spread tossed veggies..again spread some more cheese . Sprinke some oregano and chilli flakes Preheat the oven at 250 degree Celsius .. Bake the pizza for 15_20 min till the cheese melts .. Timing will vary depending on the type of oven....
