Ingredients For Custard Butter Cookies Recipe
100 gms Salted Soft Butter
1/2 cup Icing sugar
1/4 cup Vanilla custard powder
3/4 cup Flour ( Maida)
1-2 tbsp Milk (Optional)
How to make Custard Butter Cookies Recipe?
- In a bowl, Add Butter and sugar. Mix it well using hand beater until it become soft and smooth.
- Sieve Custard Powder and Maida. Mix it well using beater.
- If your Batter is little dry or not binding properly then first add 1/2 tbsp milk. Mix it well until it become smooth batter
- Place silicon mat or parchment paper on tray.
- Take any shape nozzle like rose or star. Put batter in Piping bag.
- Make a shape on sheet like we make using whipping cream on cake.
- Rest in fridge for 10min before baking
