Ingredients For Crispy Potato Roses Recipe

  • 5-6 medium size potato

  • 50gm amul butter

  • Dried herbs

  • 1/2 tbspoon pepper powdee

  • 1 tbsp garlic paste

  • Salt as per taste

  • Thin 12 inches× 1 inches puff pastry dough slice

How to make Crispy Potato Roses Recipe?

  1. Peel skin off potatoes and make thin slices using slicer
  2. Leave potato slices in water for 10 min to remove excess starch
  3. Drain water and use cloth to dry potato slices
  4. In a bowl add butter in semi liquid form, garlic paste, dried herbs salt pepper bas chilliflakes . Mix well
  5. Pour mixture over pottao slices, toss it well
  6. Take a puff pastry slices, place potato slices one over other on puff pastry slice, brush butter and herbs misture over the slices again.
  7. Roll stacked slices to make a rose shape look
  8. Place it in greased muffin tins.
  9. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degree for 35min.
  10. Serve hot with tomato sauce
