Ingredients For Coconut Crunch Recipe
150gm Maida
1/4 tsp baking powder
50gm Dessicated coconut
120gm butter
100gm powder sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla essence and coconut essence
2tbsp milk
How to make Coconut Crunch Recipe?
- First in a bowl add butter and powder sugar mix until light and fluffy
- Than in small bowl add milk add essence in the and mix well, mix the milk mixture in first bowl and beat it
- After that shift the Maida and baking powder and then add Dessicated coconut
- Beat the mixture until it comes together, now take in out on the platform and knead with palm and get together as a dough.
- Properly check taking small portion and make a ball out of it, if it doesn't crack it's perfect.
- Now cling wrap the dough and keep in fridge for 20 min than take out the dough make small balls about 20 gms each and make it like peda shape and roll it out in desiccated coconut and keep in fridge again for half hour.
- Preheat your oven at 180 degree Celsius for 10 min. , than bake it for 140 degree Celsius for 25 to 30 min. Check it after 25 min if it's golden brown you can take it out , if not bake for more 5 min.
- After done you will feel small but once cool down it will get crunchy, keep in air tight container for freshness. It can stay fresh for upto 1 month
