2 cups wheat flour
1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 tb spoon baking powder
1 and 1/4 th spoon baking soda
1
2 tb spoon venilla essence
1 cup shredded potato
10 spoon heavy cream
Wipped cream
Shredded coconut
Cocoa powder
1cup oil/butter
Chocolate ganache
Nuts

How to make Coconut cake Recipe?
- In a mixture grinder add 1cup oil/butter, 1/2cups of sugar and 2 cups of milk and grind it, till it acquire smooth texture.
- Now add 2 cups of wheat flour and grind it till it acquire smooth texture.
- Now pour cake batter in bowl and add 1 tb spoon baking soda, 2 th spoon baking powder, 2 th spoon venilla essence, and shredded potato. Mix it well.
- In a pan add 1/2 cup sugar and little water to make caramel. When syrup acquire light brown color add 10 tb spoon of heavy cream and 1/4tb spoon baking soda . After 5 second pour it in a plate and cool it.
- Add pieces of this caramel in cake batter and pour cake batter in cake container containing butter paper.
- Bake this cake in khadai for 1 hr and 15 mins who don't have oven and cool it.
- Cut the cake in two pieces in circular shape
- Spread jaggery water on cake pieces
- In a bowl add wipped cream and shredded coconut, cocoa powder and sugar powder and mix it well.
- Cover the cake with wipped cream
- Apply chocolate ganache on the curved surface area of cake.
- Make a bucket with remaining cake piece and wipped cream.
- Now cake is ready to serve
- Place the bucket at the corner of cake
- Add remaining caramel pieces and nuts
- Now coconut cake is ready to serve
