Ingredients For Chocolate Banana Cake Recipe
2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup oil or butter
1 cup Maida/ All purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tspn Baking powder
1/2 tspn Baking soda
1/4 cup milk
1 cup choco chips
How to make Chocolate Banana Cake Recipe?
- Step 1: For wet mixure: Take a bowl, add mashed bananas, oil and milk and mix well.
- Step 2: For dry mixure: In a separate bowl, add Maida, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and half of the choco chips.
- Step 3: Combine both wet and dry ingredients together and prepare a smooth batter.
- Step 4: Grease a cake tin with oil and pour the batter into it.
- Step 5: Put half of the remaining choco chips over the batter and bake it for 30 minutes at 180 degree C.
- Super Moist cake is ready to serve.
