Ingredients For CHIKEN PAKORA Recipe
Half kilo Chiken , enough oil for frying , 1 table spoon of ginger garlic paste , 1 egg , 1 1 table spoon corn flour , 1 table spoon maida , 1 table spoon besan , 1 table spoon rice flour , sufficient salt , 1 table spoon chilli powder, half table spoon turmeric powder , half table spoon coriander powder, half table spoon garam masala , pinch of food color (optiona,green chillies 4 split

How to make CHIKEN PAKORA Recipe?
- Take a mixing bowl and add half kilo washed chiken pieces add 1 table spoon of rice flour, besan, corn flour, and maida with turmeric and chilli powder, then add coriander powder and garam masala powder add some food color and then mix these all ingredients well Then add 1 egg and mix the egg after mixing add 1 table spoon of ginger garlic paste mix with water if needed split 4 green chillies and add them after mixing keep it aside for at least half and hour
- After half and hour mix it well again heat the kadai and add sufficient oil for frying after the oil gets heated add chiken pieces seperately and fry them in batches on low flame after the completion of frying Add all batches again in oil at a time and fry them all again for 2 min this makes them cook even and crisp serve them hot and garnish with coriander leaves , onion and lemon and enjoy.
