Ingredients For Chicken chilli Recipe

  • Chicken pieces 1kg

  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Ginger 1 tbsp

  • Egg 2

  • Salt to taste

  • Blackpepper 1tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1tsp

  • Garam masala 1tbsp

  • Sugar 1tsp

  • Capsicum 2 small

  • Tomato 1 large

  • Onion 2 large

  • Oil

  • Cornflour 4 tbsp

  • Flour ½ cup

  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp

  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

  • Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp

  • Red chilli paste

  • Green chilli 3-4nos.

  • Sesame seeds

  • Coriander leaves

How to make Chicken chilli Recipe?

  1. Add chicken,egg,salt,pepper,red chilli powder,chicken masala,ginger garlic paste ,cornflour,flour and mix well. Leave it overnight for best results. You can use it after 2 hours.
  2. Deep fry the chicken
  3. Add soy sauce,vinegar,ketchup,red chilli powder,blackpepper,salt and sugar to make the sauce
  4. In a wok, add 2-3tbsp oil. To it add chopped greenchillis, garlic and onion paste and roast well. Add all the veges and roast well until it half cooks.
  5. Add the sauce and bring it to boil. Add the fried chicken pieces and coat well and cook for about 3-5 mins.
  6. Transfer it to a dish wmd garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and Sesame seeds.
  7. Your restaurant style chicken chilli recipe is ready. Serve hot with warm jeera rice or plain rice.
