Chicken pieces 1kg
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Egg 2
Salt to taste
Blackpepper 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Garam masala 1tbsp
Sugar 1tsp
Capsicum 2 small
Tomato 1 large
Onion 2 large
Oil
Cornflour 4 tbsp
Flour ½ cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tbsp
Red chilli paste
Green chilli 3-4nos.

How to make Chicken chilli Recipe?
- Add chicken,egg,salt,pepper,red chilli powder,chicken masala,ginger garlic paste ,cornflour,flour and mix well. Leave it overnight for best results. You can use it after 2 hours.
- Deep fry the chicken
- Add soy sauce,vinegar,ketchup,red chilli powder,blackpepper,salt and sugar to make the sauce
- In a wok, add 2-3tbsp oil. To it add chopped greenchillis, garlic and onion paste and roast well. Add all the veges and roast well until it half cooks.
- Add the sauce and bring it to boil. Add the fried chicken pieces and coat well and cook for about 3-5 mins.
- Transfer it to a dish wmd garnish with chopped Coriander leaves and Sesame seeds.
- Your restaurant style chicken chilli recipe is ready. Serve hot with warm jeera rice or plain rice.
