Capsicum -2no.(steamed and grinded)
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cardamom - 1no.
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Corn flour - 1 tsp
Almonds - few chopped
How to make Capsicum halwa Recipe?
- Cut, de-seed and steam the capsicum until soft.
- Grind steamed capsicum into fine paste.
- In a pan, add ghee, cardamom, almonds, capsicum paste and saute until raw smell leaves.
- Add sugar and corn flour slurry .
- Mix well and cook in low flame for 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with almonds and silver leaf.
