  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/4 cup Milk powder

  • 3/4 tbsp baking powder

  • 1.5 cup Milk

  • 1/2 cup Oil

  • 8 drops Mix fruit Essence

  • Pinch off Baking soda

  • 3 - 4 drops lemon juice

  • 2cup whipped cream

  • 1/2 cup Sugar water

  • Pineapple crush

  • Strawberry crush

How to make Butterfly Mix fruit Cake Recipe?

  1. Firstly in a pan put Maida
  2. Powdered sugar
  3. Baking powder
  4. Milk powder mix all dry ingredients
  5. Now add milk and
  6. Mixed fruit Essence mix all the ingredients
  7. Now add oil and mix all together very well
  8. Then in last add baking soda and lemon drops and mix littly
  9. Now take cake mould dust some oil and maida in mould and put
  10. Put cake batter
  11. Now in preheated kadai/ pan
  12. Put the cake mould
  13. And bake for 40 -45 min on medium gas
  14. After bake cake and cold it

  16. Cut cake in three layer
  17. On first layer add sugar water
  18. Then whipped cream layer it
  19. Now add some strawberry crush top of whipped cream
  20. Then add second layer put some
  21. Sugar water
  22. Thn whipped cream
  23. On top of whipped cream
  24. Add pineapple crush
  25. Then put 3rd layer of cake
  26. Add some sugar water
  27. Some whipped cream
  28. Coat crumb the cake and
  29. Refrigerate for half hrs
  30. Then make butterfly design
  31. With colourful whipped cream
  32. And decorate
