2 Beetroot
2 spoonful gulkand
1/2 cup sooji
2 spponful of desi ghee
1 cup sugar
Desiccated coconut for dressing
How to make Beetroot Rolls Recipe?
- Take a pan add 2 spoonful of ghee , add 1/2 cup of sooji instantly , cook and stir continuously for 15 minutes .
- add 1 cup of sugar
- add 2 spoonful of gulkand and mix them in pan stir them make a dough of it.
- now off the flame take pan down , mixture whenever cools down as per your convivence make rolls of them like whichever shape you love.
- sprinkle some of desiccated coconut dressing and they are ready to eat.
- IMP note : refrigerate them after rolls are made.
- you can store them for 15 days .
