Ingredients For Beetroot Rolls Recipe

  • 2 Beetroot

  • 2 spoonful gulkand

  • 1/2 cup sooji

  • 2 spponful of desi ghee

  • 1 cup sugar

  • Desiccated coconut for dressing

How to make Beetroot Rolls Recipe?

  1. Take a pan add 2 spoonful of ghee , add 1/2 cup of sooji instantly , cook and stir continuously for 15 minutes .
  2. add 1 cup of sugar
  3. add 2 spoonful of gulkand and mix them in pan stir them make a dough of it.
  4. now off the flame take pan down , mixture whenever cools down as per your convivence make rolls of them like whichever shape you love.
  5. sprinkle some of desiccated coconut dressing and they are ready to eat.
  6. IMP note : refrigerate them after rolls are made.
  7. you can store them for 15 days .
