  • Sugar 1cup

  • Curd 1cup

  • Milk 1cup

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • almonds chopped for garnish

  • Baking powder 1 tablespoon

  • Cinnamon pod

  • Rose water 1teaspoon

  • Normal water 1cup

How to make Basbousa cake l Egyptian samolina cake Recipe?

  1. In this recipe take a bowl and add samolina and add sugar add baking powder
  2. Mix all dry ingredients
  3. Then add curd and milk wisk it for 2mins
  4. Then add all roasted dry fruits
  5. Now add melted butter and vanilla essence
  6. Next again wisk it well and rest it at least 10 min
  7. Then take a greased baking container transfer all the batter into a container
  8. And bake it atleast 20 mins into pre heated Evon
  9. Now take a sause pan and cup of water and add cinnamon stick and 1teaspoon of rose water and take a 1bowl and rest into it
  10. After baked a cake spread all sugar syrup into a cake. And cake transfer into a plate garnish with chopped almonds.
