Ingredients For Baked Paneer Discs Recipe
White bread - 1 loaf
Olive Oil to spray
Grated cheese as required, to top
Home made paneer, crumbled, - 1 cup
Finely chopped Onions, Red and Green bell peppers - 1/2 cup, each
Corn kernels, semi cooked - 1/2 cup
Tomato ketchup - 1/4 cup
Italian mixed herbs - 2 tsps
Salt to taste
FOR THE SPREAD:
Hung curd - 1/2 cup
Sriracha/Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp
Dry basil - 1 tsp
Chopped fresh mint leaves - 3 tsps
Salt to taste
How to make Baked Paneer Discs Recipe?
- Take a bowl, add crumbled paneer, chopped onions and bell peppers, cooked corn, add salt to taste, red chilli flakes, tomato ketchup, Italian seasonings and mix well
- To prepare the spread, in a bowl, take hung curd, dry basil, chopped mint, sriracha sauce and salt to taste, mix well
- Take a bread slice, with a cookie cutter, cut a circle out, and keep the disc safe. Ihe inner circle may be used for something else
- spread the hung curd spread on a circle, keep the disc on top, fill the center with the vegetable topping, and top with grated cheese, and nicely spray Olive oil over it
- Pre heat the Oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, Line a baking tray with a foil, spray liberally Olive oil over it
- Arrane the discs over the foil, and bake for 10 minutes or till the Cheese melts
