Ingredients For Baked Modak Recipe

  • 1)1cup Maida

  • 2)1 tbsp semolina,1tbsp wheat flour

  • 3)Mix dry fruits,some rose dried petals

  • 4)2tbsp Desi cow ghee,1 tbsp water or milk

  • 5)desicated coconut

  • 6)2tbsp grinded sugar ,

  • 7)1tbsp jaggery powder

How to make Baked Modak Recipe?

  1. In a bowl take a maida,semolina ,wheat add ghee add water,milk n make a dough like Puri dough.
  2. Make a circle chapati cut into small circle shape.
  3. For filling ,add in a bowl sugar ,coconut,
  4. Mix nuts, jaggery rose petals.filling ready
  5. Now in small chapati ,fill the fillings and &twist.like Momos.
  6. Preheat the OTG at 170*c,bake for 25minits.
  7. Your Modak is ready to bhog for Prasadam.
