1 cup Atta
¾ cup Honey
½ cup Milk
¼ cup Cooking oil
2 tbsp Curd (or one egg at room temperature)
½ tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Cinnamon powder
½ tsp Salt
½ cup Broken walnuts
How to make Atta Honey walnut cake Recipe?
- Seive Atta , Baking powder , Baking soda , salt and cinnamon powder
- Mix Milk , Honey , Curd and Oil in another bowl
- Add the dry ingredients mix to the wet ingredient mix , part by part and mix by cut and fold method
- Add little more milk if needed
- Add the walnuts and mix just until it's well combined
- !do not over mix!
- Preheat the oven at 180° for 10 mins
- Pour the batter into the cake tin
- Tap two or three times to remove air bubble
- Bake at 180° for 40-50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
- And you have a very quick and easy cake ready
