Ingredients For Atta Honey walnut cake Recipe

  • 1 cup Atta

  • ¾ cup Honey

  • ½ cup Milk

  • ¼ cup Cooking oil

  • 2 tbsp Curd (or one egg at room temperature)

  • ½ tsp Baking soda

  • 1 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon powder

  • ½ tsp Salt

  • ½ cup Broken walnuts

How to make Atta Honey walnut cake Recipe?

  1. Seive Atta , Baking powder , Baking soda , salt and cinnamon powder
  2. Mix Milk , Honey , Curd and Oil in another bowl
  3. Add the dry ingredients mix to the wet ingredient mix , part by part and mix by cut and fold method
  4. Add little more milk if needed
  5. Add the walnuts and mix just until it's well combined
  6. !do not over mix!
  7. Preheat the oven at 180° for 10 mins
  8. Pour the batter into the cake tin
  9. Tap two or three times to remove air bubble
  10. Bake at 180° for 40-50 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
  11. And you have a very quick and easy cake ready
