Ingredients For Aloo Mutter Sandwich Recipe
2 large boiled mashed potatoes
1/2 cup boiled green peas
8 white bread slices
1/2sp ghee
1sp cumin seeds
1/4 sp asafoetida
butter
2 sp green chili and
ginger paste
2 sp green chutney+ extra for applying
salt to
taste
1/2 sp black salt
1 sp sandwich masala
How to make Aloo Mutter Sandwich Recipe?
- Heat ghee in a nonstick pan
- add cumin seeds and asafoetida and saute for a few seconds add green chili and ginger paste and saute for a minute.
- Add green peas, salt, black salt and sandwich masala and add green chutney, potato and mix till well combined.
- Apply butter on one side of bread slices. apply some chutney over them and place a portion of the potato mixture over each slice of bread and spread it evenly.
- place the remaining slices of bread them to make sandwiches.
- apply some butter on top.
- heat a sandwich maker place the sandwich on it and till golden.
- Halve the sandwich and serve hot.
