Ingredients For Aligot coq vin du fromage Recipe

  • 1)chicken=500gm(For coq au vin leg piece is required)

  • 2)Salt and pepper =As per taste required

  • 3)Red wine=150ml (For soaking the chicken to get flavour)

  • 4)Bouquet garni=1 bunch (At The time of soaking to get flavour it's bunch of thyme ,bay leaf, parsley)

  • 5)oil=50ml

  • carrots=50gm

  • pearl onion=50gm

  • mushroom=50gm

  • 9)butter=100gm

  • 10)potato =150gm

  • 1whipped cream =50ml

  • 1cheese=2cubes

  • 13)Red chilli powder=10gm

  • 1turmeric powder=5gm

  • 1corridor powder=5gm

  • 16)onion=80gm

  • 1parsley=For garnish

  • 18)garlic=20gm

How to make Aligot coq vin du fromage Recipe?

  1. First of all clean the chicken and soaked with some red wine , Boquet garni, seasoning and covered with the clean wrap paper for 1 hours.
  2. 2)Boiled the potato in the sauces pan . other side grate the cheese in bowl .Take the boiled potato and grate it with grater . Take the sauce pan add grated potato add seasoning,grated cheese and mix it properly and our aligot is ready.
  3. 3)Take the pan add some oil and shallow fry the chicken in oil and make it brown and left.Then add onion, carrots, mushroom, garlic and add leftover red wine and cooked and add chicken and seasonings.add the buttered pearl onion and our coq au vin is ready.
  4. 4)prepare the twist of dish.
  5. 5)Take the pan add oil add the onion, leftover carrots,add red chili powder, turmeric powder,corrionder powder,, garam masala powder and salt and left .
  6. 6)Take the coq au vin and make it rough chopped and add into twist we will make on upper sider and mixed and left.
  7. 7)Take the portion dish arrange the aligot on the bottom of the dish add twisted coq au vin in the middle part and again add the aligot on the top side and finally grated with fully loaded cheese and garnish with parsley.
  8. 8)Baked into the oven at 180degree celsius for 10minute .
  9. 9)our fusion dish is ready.garnished with parsley .
  10. 10)It can be served with any bread.
