Dorab Villa is spread across 6000 sq. ft. of land and it took 4 years of renovation to get the villa ready for Sachin and his family to shift into. Sachin Tendulkar moved into his Bandra home Dorab Villa in 2011 along with his family comprising his wife, Anjali Tendulkar, daughter Sara Tendulkar and son Arjun Tendulkar. The Dorab Villa now stands at 19-A, Perry Cross Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050.

The property on which Sachin Tendulkar’s house now stands once belonged to a Parsi family. His Bandra home is situated at Perry Cross Road and housed a pre-independence Parsi villa before Sachin’s acquisition. Sachin bought the villa for Rs 39 crores in 2007 and had the existing building completely demolished to create the modern and sophisticated architectural marvel that he now calls home. The current value of the Sachin Tendulkar house is Rs 75 crores and there is an additional Rs 25 crores that he spent on getting the interior of the house done. Reportedly, the renovation cost Sachin around Rs 40-45 crores making the total estimated value of the Sachin Tendulkar Bandra home close to RA 80 crores.
