The main attraction of the occasion is the special appearance of Mr. Victor de Benito, the East-Side Distillery's head distiller, who will be providing a fine tasting Nomad Oscuro rum. As we approach the season of gratitude, Saz is excited to announce a week-long culinary celebration in honour of Thanksgiving, from November 20th to November 25th. Saz invites patrons to immerse themselves in the warmth of the season, where tradition meets innovation, and every bite tells a story.

The specially curated menu redefining the traditional holiday dining features appetiser of the exquisite Confit Duck Breast Salad—a non-vegetarian delight blending mixed lettuce, grape vinaigrette, pulled duck, duck furikake, prunes, and walnut praline. The Winter Vegetable Lasagne offers a comforting start with layers of tomato coulis, confit tomato, and basil crisp. Additionally, the carving station has a whole or half turkey option that is available for pre-order until December 20, 2023, making it an enticing choice for those looking to add some flair to their celebration. The menu further entices with Pan-seared Duck Breast, Honey Glazed Baby Carrots, and Duck Jus with Orange, Coffee & French Grain Mustard.
