The Elephant Room, Singapore has been recognised as World's 50 Best Discovery. Yugi, who is inspired by his Indian ancestry uses predominantly Indian spirits at his bar, while the cocktail menu takes quintessential Indian flavours, aromas and memories to create exquisite drinks.
Ekaa, Mumbai is where Chef Rao’s singular aim is to champion ingredients over techniques. The ingredient-first restaurant focuses on just one key element to highlight and showcase its nuances; each course on Ekaa’s menu accordingly is an ode to an ingredient such as the dish ‘rice’ that uses Japanese cooking roots to elevate the humble grain.
Together the two exceptional teams will offer a dining experience unlike any other. The Elephant Room X Ekaa Bar Takeover has been curated by Mumbai-based The Horologists and presented by Paul John Visitor Centre.
