As the new harvest season begins, the beloved festival of Onam arrives with its promise of abundance, togetherness, and the joy of sharing. At the heart of this celebration lies the Onam Sadhya. A feast as generous as the festival itself, the Sadhya is laid out on a humble banana leaf and yet carries the grandeur of Kerala’s kitchens. Each bite, from the tang of puli inji to the sweet comfort of payasam, weaves beautifully into the celebration. The best way to experience it? Be invited to a Malayali household. The second best? Reserve your spot at these South Indian restaurants across India offering the most tempting Onam Sadhyas in 2025.
