And it is happening! Rakul Preet Singh is getting married to her longtime boyfriend Jackky Bhagnani on February 21 in Goa. Reportedly, the wedding menu will be customised for all the fitness addicts and health conscious.
Reports also suggest that a chef has been asked to create a tailor-made menu that will have oodles of sugar-free and gluten-free options, covering both Indian and international food. Rakul herself is a fitness freak and always prefers to eat healthy.
This menu will surely be loved by the many health addicts of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff for instance, who reportedly will be attending the wedding. It is interesting to note that both stars will be seen in the film ‘Bade Miyaa, Chhote Miyaa’ which is being produced by Bhagnani production house Pooja Films. Some of the other guests who have confirmed their attendance are Esha Deol, Shahid Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, Anand Ahuja, Bhumi Pednekar, Varun Dhawan, TV actors Smriti Khanna and husband Gautam Gupta.
Their pre-wedding rituals took place in Mumbai which included even a dhol night, after which the soon-to-be-married pair jetted off to Goa with their families.
An eco-friendly wedding
The pair is said to have also ensured that their wedding is eco-friendly and sent e-invitation cards to the guests. No crackers will be burst, and the two are also deciding on planting trees at their wedding. After their wedding, the pair will skip their honeymoon and fly to Mumbai where they will throw a big reception as newlyweds for their friends from the film industry.
