INGREDIENTS

  • 65gm Cacao oat
  • cereal sticks 25ml
  • vegetable milk 150gm
  • 20gm zero calorie
  • chocolate syrup 30gm
  • 10gm Nutchoc protein cream
  • 10 pomegranate

PREPARATION

    Combine cereal sticks and milk.

    mix several times and wait a few minutes.
  3. 3

    When the milk has been absorbed, the oat and cocoa sticks should be compact and sticky.

    Transfer everything to a cup lined with food film and, with the back of the spoon.

    stick the compound to the walls of the container (leave a part for the cupolotto closure).

    Add Greek yogurt inside mixed with zero calorie chocolate syrup and pomegranate seeds.

    Close the cupolotto with the remaining part, cover with film and leave in the fridge overnight.

    In the morning, flip over a saucer, remove the film and garnish with Nutchoc and pomegranate seeds.
