Black Clover Season 5 release date

There's been a lot of buzz about when we might get to see the next season. Word on the street is that Studio Pierrot might be aiming for a 2024 release, fueled by the success of the Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King movie. However, this remains unconfirmed news.

If you're new to the series and just binged season one on Netflix, you're in for a treat. There's still a ton of story to explore, and those first 51 episodes barely scratch the surface. But don't worry, by the time we have an official Black Clover season 5 release date, season two, three, and four are waiting for you on Crunchyroll.

Black Clover Season 5 story

The future of the Clover Kingdom hangs in the balance as Black Clover Season 5 looms on the horizon. Asta, the magic-negating boy with an unwavering spirit, may be poised for a new chapter in his quest to become the Wizard King. The previous season left our heroes facing the sinister Dark Triad, a magic-wielding threat seeking to merge their world with the Underworld.

With Asta undergoing intense training to hone his anti-magic abilities, and his comrades scattered across the kingdoms, season 5 promises an epic clash. Will Asta and the Black Bulls overcome their limitations and unite the magic knights to repel the Dark Triad's invasion? The upcoming season is sure to be filled with heart-pounding battles, shocking revelations, and Asta's never-say-die determination!

Black Clover Season 5 trailer

You are itching for more Black Clover magic, right? Well, bad news first — there's no official season 5 trailer yet.
However, while we wait for the official announcement, why not explore the Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King movie on Netflix? It's a spin-off that might give you a taste of what Studio Pierrot is cooking up.

Even though it's an original story, the movie has plenty of nods to the main series. Think of it as a side quest in the Black Clover universe. You'll see Asta and Yuno teaming up again, facing off against some powerful foes.

A Quick Heads-Up: The movie isn't canon to the Black Clover manga series, so don't expect the events to carry over into season 5. But it's a great way to keep the magic alive until the real deal arrives.

So, grab your popcorn, settle in, and let the Clover Kingdom adventure continue!
