​Of late, Bollywood actor Arjun Kapoor has been impressing his fans and followers by posting several videos and photos from his gym sessions.

​And he has won a lot of appreciation for his dedication towards fitness, especially in the past year.

​Just in time for Monday motivation, the actor took to Instagram to share a before and after photo of his physical transformation from February 2021 to May 2022, and our jaws have dropped!

​"15 months of being #workinprogress!" wrote the actor and Malaika Arora's bae in the caption.

​Arjun went on to mention how tough it has been and that he's proud of his fitness journey, "Must admit that it was very tough to stay on course, it still is, but I’m loving the state of mind that I’m in for these past 15 months."

​The actor also promoted self-love in this post by saying that his Monday motivation from now on will be he, himself, and not other people present on the social media platform.

​He added: "It’s been a while since I have felt this way!! This is me this is who i am (chest hair included)"

​Arjun's Instagram post was showered with love and positive comments from friends, fans, and followers. His 'Gunday' co-star Ranveer Singh commented: "Haye garmi", while Parineeti Chopra wrote: "Well done baba".

​The actor once weighed 150 kgs and faced several health issues due to the same at one point in his life. But he worked on himself and fought obesity to live a better life - all this happened before he debuted in Bollywood.
