The ‘Aashram’ actor swears by the health benefits of yoga for the body and mind, and starts her daily workout with it. She began yoga back in 2007 to stay in shape and has stuck to it for the multiple benefits of the practice, including, flexibility.

Recently, Esha gave us a glimpse of her elaborate strength training routine with Sidhu Moose Wala’s The Last Ride playing in the background. It included deadlifts, pull-ups, and kettlebell exercises, among other exercises.
A few cardio exercises are also a part of Esha’s fitness routine. Recently, she was seen sweating it out on a treadmill.
The actor credits her toned body to Pilates and doesn’t miss her sessions even on the weekends. She trains with celebrity instructor Namrata Purohit who also trains the likes of Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor.

The health-conscious actor, however, loves to binge whenever she can. During her recent trip to California, she was seen enjoying some risotto with black truffle shavings. She described it as ‘world’s best risotto’.
