Include a variety of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables in your daily diet to help your body get essential nutrients.
Include a natural source of protein in each meal that you eat. Meat, poultry, eggs, dairy, lentils, paneer, and yoghurt are a few source of proteins.
It is important to ensure your diet is rich in B6, B12, and folic acid.
Ensure your dietary needs meet the Omega 3 fatty acid requirements. Walnuts, fish, flaxseeds, and chia seeds are a few good sources of Omega-3 fatty acids.
