INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 pound mung bean sprouts, rinsed thoroughly

    • 1 scallion, finely chopped

    • 2 tsp minced garlic

    • 2 tsp sesame oil

    • 1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted

    • 1 tsp soy sauce

    • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

PREPARATION

    Boil and strain the sprouted beans. Transfer the beans to a bowl.

    Add garlic, soy sauce, spring onion, sesame, Kosher salt and mix well.

    Garnish with sesame and serve.
