INGREDIENTS

    • 1/2 cup cooked short grain rice

    • 1/2 cup carrots cut lengthwise

    • 1/2 cup cucumbers cut lengthwise

    • 5 crab meat sticks

    • salt as per taste

    • 2 eggs

    • 2 nori sheets

    • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

    • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

    • 1 cup minced lamb meat

    • 1 tsp black peper powder

    Mix cooked short-grain rice, sesame oil, and salt in a bowl.

    Mix carrots, cucumbers, vinegar and salt in a bowl.

    Heat oil in a pan and cook minced lamb meat in it.

    Add salt and black pepper powder and mix well.

    Whisk two eggs and salt in a bowl. Heat oil on a pan and pour the egg mixture. Cook from both sides, cut it lengthwise and set it aside.

    Toast the cucumber and carrots in a pan. Shred the crab meat stick.

    Warm the nori sheet. Place rice, blanched spinach, cucumber, carrot, and zucchini on the nori sheet.

    Roll the sheet. Brush with sesame oil.

    Make the non-veg kimbap using cooked meat, eggs and shredded crab meat. Sprinkle sesame seeds on it.

    Cut it into bite-size portions and serve.
