Ingredients

    • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

    • 2 pounds boneless chicken cubes

    • 1/4 cup mirin

    • salt as required

    • 3 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp gochujang

    • 1 tbsp honey

    • 1/4 cup sesame seeds

    • white sesame seeds for garnish

    • chopped spring onion greens for garnish

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a pan and saute the chicken.

    Add mirin, soy, salt, black pepper powder, and honey and mix well.

    Garnish with white sesame and spring onion, and serve.
