Its high-efficiency machinery cuts water use by 40 per cent and energy usage by 53 per cent compared to a typical building. The structure is built of fly-ash concrete and bricks. This 20-story, 5,60,000-square-foot edifice became the seventh building in the world to get the LEED Platinum certification at the time of its inauguration.
