Statue of Unity
The Statue of Unity, designed by noted Indian sculptor Ram V. Sutar, is a massive homage to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, also known as Iron Man of India — a pivotal contributor in the country's war for independence. This is the tallest statue in India in fact the entire world, rising to a startling 600 feet (182 metres).

The second tallest statue in India Statue Of Equality in Hyderabad is dedicated to Ramanuja Acharya — A revered philosopher and theologian of the Bhakti movement. The statue took 2.5 years to complete, involving more than 600 sculptors and craftspeople. In Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, it was formally inaugurated by Narendra Modi in 2017. The statue weighs about 500 tons and is constructed of steel. It is encircled by water and rests on a platform composed of 12,000 cubic metres of concrete. The monument is designed to withstand inclement weather and natural disasters. Rich vegetation and the Velliangiri hills encircle this impressive structure, adding to the area's allure.
Tathagata Tsal
