INGREDIENTS

  • For dough

    • 1 cup whole wheat

    • ¼ cup curd

    • ¼ tsp baking soda

    • ½ tsp baking soda

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • ¼ tsp salt

    • 1 tsp mixed herbs

    • ½ tsp chilli flakes

    • 1 tsp sugar

    • water as required

    • extra flour for dusting

    • butter for brushing

    • pizza sauce

    • onion

    • capsicum

    • red and yellow bell pepper

    • black olive

    • mushroom

    • corn

    • mozzarella

    • cheese

    • oregano

    • chilli flakes

PREPARATION

    Put whole wheat flour in a bowl.

    Now add curd.

    Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, chilli flakes, herbs.

    Add oil to it and mix well. Now add water and mix it well to make a soft dough.

    Mix well. Now we will apply some oil in this dough. Cover it and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

    Once dough is rested well, take one portion and roll it into a rolling board using some flour for dusting.

    Prick the base of this flatbread using a fork.

    Cook the base in hot pan until half cooked.

    Now turn it over and add pizza sauce, then add cheese.

    Put vegetables, sprinkle herbs and chilli flakes.

    Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes or until base is cooked well.

    Now cut it into slices and serve.
