  • For Shakarkandi Chaat

    • 2 tbsp oil

    • 1/4 cup chopped onion

    • 1 cup boiled sweet potato

    • 1 cup boiled potato

    • salt to taste

    • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • For Garnish

    • choped tomato

    • chopped green chilli

    • chopped coriander leaves

    • mint chutney

    • tamarind chutney

    • onion rings

    • black salt

    • chaat masala

    • lemon juice

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a pan and cook the onions. Now add boiled sweet potatoes and mix well. Next add boiled potato, salt, red chilli powder and mix well.

    Transfer this chaat to a bowl and top up with tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, onion rings, black salt, chaat masala and a dash of lemon.
