2-3 tbsp oil
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
½ cup chopped green chillies
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp chaat masala/ aamchur powder
1 cup sliced onions
freshly chopped coriander
2-3 boiled and mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
Butter to grease the sandwich press and grease the bread
4 slices of bread
cheese and ketchup as required
