INGREDIENTS

  • For Purab Paschim

    • 1 cup Alphonso mango pulp

    • 1 tsp black salt

    • 1½ tbsp sugar

    • 2 tbsp Gondhoraj lemon juice

    • 1 cup curd

    • ice cubes

    • Gondhoraj lemon

PREPARATION

    Blend together mango pulp, black salt, sugar, Gondhoraj lemon juice, curd, some water and ice cubes.

    Add the zest of Gondhoraj lemon to this mixture and blend again.

    Transfer in a tall glass, sprinkle the zest of Gondhoraj lemon and garnish with a slice of Gondhoraj lemon.
