INGREDIENTS

  • For the Stuffing

    • 1 tbsp oil

    • 1 tbsp chopped onions

    • 1 tbsp chopped garlic

    • 1 tsp chopped ginger

    • 2-3 tbsp chopped boiled potato

    • 2-3 tbsp chopped bell pepper

    • 2-3 tbsp pizza sauce

    • 1 tbsp sweet corn kernels

    • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

    • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • For the Dough

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour

    • 1/2 tsp oregano

    • 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes

    • salt to taste

    • 1 tbsp oil

    • water as required

    • oil for frying

    • 1-2 tbsp grated cheese

PREPARATION

    To make the stuffing, heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped boiled potatoes, chopped bell peppers and saute for a few minutes.

    Next add pizza sauce, sweet corn kernels, chopped coriander leaves and tomato ketchup and mix well.

    To make the dough, take all-purpose flour in a bowl and add oregano, chilli flakes, salt, oil and water to it. Make a tight dough.

    Take a small portion of the dough, roll it round and cut it in two halves.

    Apply some water on one half, give it a cone-shape and fill the stuffing and grated cheese in it and seal properly. Repeat the procedure for the rest of the dough.

    Deep fry the Pizza Samosa and serve hot.
