INGREDIENTS

  • For Pethe Ki Barfi

    • 500 gm petha

    • 2-3 tbsp ghee

    • 3-4 tbsp chopped cashew nuts

    • 2 tbsp chopped almonds

    • 2 tbsp raisins

    • 1 cup khoya

    • 1 tbsp khus syrup

    • 2 tsp rose essence

    • chopped pistachios

PREPARATION

    Grate the readymade petha.

    Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped cashews, chopped almonds, raisins, and grated petha to it and cook till the mixture dries.

    Next, add khoya to the mixture.

    When the mixture dries, add khus syrup, and rose essence to it.
  5. 5

    Take a serving plate, grease it with ghee and pour and spread the barfi mixture on it.
  6. 6

    Garnish the barfi with pistachios and serve.
