INGREDIENTS

  • For Parsi Falooda

    • 2 tbsp sabja

    • 3 tbsp condensed milk

    • ½ cup milk

    • 1 cup falooda

    • 2 tbsp rose syrup

    • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios

    • 1 tbsp chopped almonds

    • 2 scoops ice cream

PREPARATION

    Soak the sabja in water for an hour.

    In a bowl, mix together milk and condensed milk.
  3. 3

    Take a tall glass, put the soaked sabja at the bottom of the glass, pour some rose syrup over it, sprinkle chopped pistachios and almonds over it. Then layer it with falooda and ice cream.

    Repeat this process to fill the glass.

    Pour the remaining milk mixture over it and garnish with chopped nuts and rose syrup.
